At Montaro, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, some jewelry items such as earrings may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or incorrect.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
